International Sales & Shipping Policy

Ridgerunner Blades proudly ships to customers around the world. We regularly ship to Canada, Western Europe, and many parts of Asia using trusted carriers such as USPS and FedEx.

Because knife laws vary greatly by country, we ask all international customers to carefully review the policies below before placing an order.

International Orders – Terms & Conditions
• Duties, Taxes & Fees
The customer is fully responsible for all import duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country. Ridgerunner Blades charges only for the actual shipping cost.
• Know Your Local Laws
It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with their local knife and import laws. By placing an order, you assume all risk if a package is delayed, seized, or confiscated by customs.
• Non-Refundable Shipping
If a package is returned to Ridgerunner Blades for any reason — including customs refusal, import restrictions, carrier issues, incorrect address, or customer refusal — original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs (which can exceed the original shipping amount) and any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• Returns & Replacements
All international return and replacement shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
• Insurance & Claims
We insure shipments when applicable and will assist in filing carrier claims:
• FedEx claims typically process within 10–14 days.
• USPS claims may take 30–45 days from the ship date.
Reimbursement will be issued once the carrier has approved and paid the claim.

By placing an international order with Ridgerunner Blades, you agree to these terms.

Canada-Specific Notice

Canada maintains strict import regulations on certain knife types. We strongly encourage all Canadian customers to review current CBSA import laws prior to ordering.

Items that may be restricted include (but are not limited to):
• Automatic knives (switchblades)
• Assisted-opening knives with flipper tabs
• Push daggers (“T”-handle daggers)
• Batons and impact weapons

If a shipment is refused or confiscated by Canadian customs, the customer assumes full responsibility.
